A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead their planning and delay team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project planning, with a focus on forensic delay analysis and expert witness testimony.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and delay team, providing strategic direction and guidance on complex projects.
- Develop and implement effective project planning and scheduling strategies to ensure timely completion and minimize delays.
- Conduct forensic delay analysis and provide expert witness testimony in disputes and tribunals.
- Manage and develop the planning and delay team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance and growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their project goals.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project planning, with a focus on forensic delay analysis and expert witness testimony.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction law and dispute resolution processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
