Bottling Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bottling Team Leader to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a Bottling Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators and multi-skilled technicians in the execution of the production plan on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of operators and multi-skilled technicians to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities and manage team performance, including machine performance, 5S, team meetings, visual management, and problem-solving.
- Develop and engage a team of operators and multi-skilled technicians, including training and development programs.
- Manage the team's visual management scoreboard and ensure team members understand the measures.
- Participate in management Gemba walks, conduct weekly 5S audits, and develop improvement plans.
- Coach team members to identify non-conformances and assist them in rectifying problems quickly or facilitating problem-solving meetings.
- Drive Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) through routine RCPS investigations, actions, and weekly review meetings.
- Coordinate user-driven maintenance and execute asset care allotted time.
- Conduct face-to-face shift handovers with other team leaders and conduct daily shift meetings.

- Experience working with LEAN Manufacturing principles and the use of Visual Performance Management tools.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends.
