About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and loyalty.
- Manage stock levels and optimize inventory to minimize waste and maximize profit.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong leadership background.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
