About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Executive to join our team at Inkling Culture. As a key member of our hybrid communications team, you will play a vital role in account planning and lead the day-to-day digital content management for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members with client relations management, becoming a day-to-day digital contact, where appropriate.
  • Develop and implement digital content calendars, publish content, and manage reactive and proactive community engagement on brand-owned digital channels.
  • Work closely with senior team members to deliver digital content activity on bigger accounts and campaigns, helping to develop plans, creative, timelines, and seeing projects from pitch through to activation.
  • Be a go-to expert on all things digital and social internally, sharing industry and platform updates, and applying this knowledge to your work.
  • Creative concept ideation and briefing, supporting senior team members with the delivery of digital content, working closely with the creative studio team.
  • Develop long-form website editorial, newsletter creation, and other content formats for digital engagement.
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid digital campaigns on various platforms.
  • Assist with reporting and help analyze the success of client digital activity, both organic and paid, and turn learnings into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to brand and campaign planning with the wider integrated team and work on new business proposals and be part of a pitch team, when required.
  • Play a supporting role in crisis planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with support from senior team members where needed.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of agency or brand experience with a proven track record implementing digital marketing activity aligned to brand strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience managing brand digital channels, including content writing, planning, briefing content production, publishing, performance reporting, and community management.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to write for various digital channels.
  • Creatively minded, contributing new and exciting ideas for digital content.
  • Superb professionalism and a mature presence in all aspects of team and client relationship building.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
  • Genuine passion for digital platforms and enthusiasm for ever-changing trends, platforms, and formats.
Desirable
  • Understanding of paid digital campaigns and experience setting up, monitoring, and evaluating digital activity across various platforms.
  • Experience using digital analytics tools to measure success and analyze digital campaigns.
  • Previous experience or a good level of understanding about how SEO, email marketing platforms, website CMS, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords work.
