We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Holiday Inn. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process guest payments and refunds.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests, including issuing room keys and handling any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel events, activities, and promotions, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, as well as proficiency in computer systems and software.
