About the Role

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for leading best practice in health and safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Operations Director, you will act as the company's health and safety expert, supporting the creation, implementation, development, monitoring, and review of safety arrangements.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing relevant safety rules and statutory safety requirements.
  • Creation, communication, and implementation of safety initiatives will be a key part of your role.
  • You will work with external advisors to ensure the business is working to current best practice for health and safety.
  • As chair of the Safety Committee, you will report to management and provide regular updates on health and safety performance.
  • You will be responsible for conducting in-house audits of H&S systems and training.
  • Overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) for the business will also be a key responsibility.
