Repairs Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Liaison Officer to join our team at Serco Limited. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with our Forces families and acting as a liaison between our Accommodation repairs teams and our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Host coffee mornings and drop-ins to provide an inclusive and engaging forum for service users to discuss complaints and issues.
- Organize social value activities in the local community to promote engagement and support.
- Ensure queries, complaints, and issues are responded to in a timely manner, with the support of our repairs teams.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role, with some experience of dealing with military customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and establish credibility with demanding partners.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages confidently (Teams/Excel/Word etc.).
- Fuel to be expensed.
