About the Role

As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of several bars across the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive a perfect customer journey. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Managers and other Team Leaders to lead and inspire the team, driving business forward and achieving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional service and maximize revenue
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Managers to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Ensure that all bar areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Monitor and control bar stock, ensuring that all stock is rotated and used efficiently
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to improve team performance
