Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we have access to the best possible products and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our parts department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems, including ADP/Kerridge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
