Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Engineer/Junior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day Storage & Backup Administration, as well as providing opportunities to assist with project and transition work as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily checks and ensure the smooth operation of the SAN environment.
  2. Provide BAU support for the Backup environment, including managing backups, tape management, and rotation.
  3. Implement changes according to the client change management process.
  4. Use SNOW for problem management and resolution.
  5. Participate in disaster recovery testing.
