About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MRI Lead Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for leading the clinical aspects of MRI services, ensuring high-quality patient care and diagnostic accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team in providing high-quality MRI services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in MRI imaging, preferably in cardiac and small bowel enterography and liver imaging.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing clinical services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
