About the Role

Axion Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's high growth retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review the company's budget, forecast, and 3-year plan processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed analysis of financial results, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for margin growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial decision-making, leveraging data and insights to inform business strategy.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement through customer and product analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

Person Specification
  • CIMA or ACCA/ACA qualified, or equivalent experience.
