Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing up-sell information and recommendations.
  • Process guest orders through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen, assist in preparing and packing food and beverages, and ensure presentation meets brand standards.
  • Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food in a timely manner.
  • Greet every guest in a genuine and warm manner, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Answer the telephone, handle enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring guest areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Work to brand standards, delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and smart appearance, adhering to brand standards.
  • Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, demonstrating a cheerful and helpful attitude.
  • Exhibit excellent guest care, adapting to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu and allergens, following instructions to achieve brand standards.
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
  • Believe in and care for exceptional guest service and impeccable standards.
