Job Description

Concept Resourcing is seeking experienced engineers to support a leading technology organization in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing swap out and installations of new PCs within a leading supermarket chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site locations to locate PCs, identify printer switch ports, and pass details to remote IT contacts.
  • Swap out existing PCs for new ones and complete testing to ensure proper functionality.
  • Complete iAuditor reports and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Packaging legacy kit in preparation for removal from site.

Requirements:

  • Experienced field engineers with a background in PC deployments.
  • IT, EPOS, or ATM field engineers with relevant experience.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with day work and occasional overnight stays.
  • Travel will be involved, with hotels and meal allowances applicable for out-of-area assignments.
  • Overtime is applicable after 10 hours door-to-door, with a rate of £15 per hour.
  • Mileage is claimable after 75 miles travelled per day, with a rate of 30ppm.
  • Free onsite parking is available at most stores.
  • Ltd company engineers must provide relevant insurances prior to starting the project.
