Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified nurse who has an interest in Practice Nursing and Diabetes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to train and develop into a Diabetic Specialist Nurse, working closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

The main roles of the job will include:

  • Providing Diabetic Reviews and Diabetic Foot checks
  • Managing insulin therapy and maintaining disease registers
  • Working on Practice-specific projects to improve patient care

Person Specification

We are looking for a nurse who is:

  • Qualified in Adult Nursing
  • Passionate about nursing and patient care
  • Keen to progress and develop their skills
  • Keen to learn and take on new challenges
