Advanced Process Control Engineer

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled DCS Honeywell Process Control Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading Petrochemicals Manufacturing organization.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a comprehensive staff benefits package along with a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- DCS/SIS Engineering Expertise: Experience with Honeywell TPS/Experion control systems and FSC/SM safety systems, particularly in continuous refinery or chemical processes. Proficiency in Honeywell DCS hardware, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Graphic User Interface Design: Capable of designing and implementing Honeywell graphic user interfaces (GUIs).
- Regulatory Control Implementation: Understanding of control system algorithms and functions, including the design of classical regulatory control strategies and tuning techniques.
- Advanced Control Techniques: Familiarity with traditional advanced control methods and the ability to leverage algorithms and process economics to meet control objectives.
- Control Modelling and Data Analysis: Design and implementation of dynamic or steady-state models to enhance control strategies, alongside conducting statistical analyses to extract valuable insights from extensive data sets.
- Safety Instrumented Systems: Strong grasp of reliability, availability, functionality, SIL, risk reduction, and SIS principles within the process industry. Knowledge of Honeywell FSC/SM technology and safety system algorithms.
- Chemical Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of chemical engineering processes and plant commissioning support.
