Role Summary:

Are you an experienced Medical Equipment Service Technician looking for a rewarding opportunity with a progressive organization? Join our team to deliver essential service support for a comprehensive range of medical instruments. This role primarily operates within healthcare facilities and entails executing precise testing, calibration, and occasional maintenance tasks. It demands physical stamina and a meticulous approach to work.

Key Duties:

  • Independently manage service agreements, ensuring outstanding technical assistance and client satisfaction.
  • Perform accuracy assessments and calibrations of medical instruments across various healthcare environments.
  • Employ basic IT competencies for software functionalities critical to service operations.
  • Act as a primary representative of the organization, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical service with a history of stability in previous positions.
  • Proficiency in basic software applications and IT skills.
