About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cheese Production Operatives. This role involves a variety of tasks within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring the highest quality cheese products are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing cheese products into ceramic pots with precision and care.
  • Loading and unloading cheese to designated areas, requiring physical strength and attention to detail.
  • Piercing holes through cheese using specialized equipment.
  • Operating vacuum pack machines to securely package finished products.
  • Contributing to the cheese-making process from start to finish.

About You:

  • Possess a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle due to the location of our facility.
  • Be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work weekends as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, with overtime pay at £16.01 per hour for hours worked beyond 39 per week. Saturday and Sunday work is also compensated at the overtime rate.
