A competitive remuneration package including a base salary of £40,000, alongside a £5,000 performance bonus, company vehicle, laptop, mobile device, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all marketing strategies, encompassing promotional campaigns, events, content development, and search engine optimization, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
Oversee the maintenance of the website and social media channels, refresh sales materials, and manage the marketing budget effectively. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, collaborate with external freelancers and agencies, and uphold brand consistency across all platforms.
Candidate Profile:
A proactive marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience, skilled in managing projects from start to finish.
Possess recent practical experience in digital marketing, proficiency in design software, and strong editing capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills are crucial, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with analytical tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous, as is a degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline.
This role will involve travel within the region to various sites associated with the group.
