Job Summary

This is an ongoing opportunity for unskilled drivers to gain further experience in the logistics sector or skilled drivers to further their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting fully loaded trailers or arriving with an empty trailer to be loaded at the Pallet Hub.
  • Running in Solo or running in with an empty trailer to drop and swap or be loaded.
  • Supervising loading and checking the load security and stability before moving off to drop the load.

Requirements

  • A Valid Class 1 HGV Licence.
  • A Valid UK CPC.
  • A Valid UK Digital tacho.
  • At least 1-year commercial experience driving Class 1's.
  • No more than 6 points.
  • NO DR/DD Convictions on your licence.

Working Arrangements

  • This role is Monday to Friday 7am start.
  • The rate of pay is £18.15 per hour paid via our Umbrella provider or £15.00 per hour paid via PAYE with 28 days of annual leave.
