Rate/Salary: Competitive Salary + Holiday + Bank Holiday + Pension

Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Specification:

BMR Solutions is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to oversee the smooth operation of a small but growing workshop. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a similar industry and a strong mechanical background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, allocating labor, and ensuring the overall quality of work. They will also be responsible for ordering stock and spares, and managing the workflow to meet the needs of the business.

The Role:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the workshop
  2. Lead a team of engineers and technicians
  3. Allocate labor and resources to meet business needs
  4. Ensure the overall quality of work
  5. Order stock and spares as needed
The Person:
  1. Must have previous supervisory experience in a similar industry
  2. Must have a strong mechanical background
  3. Must have experience leading a team and managing workflow
