Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker and Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing and possess a range of skills, including fencing, brickwork repairs, and paving slab laying. Plastering skills are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing settings
  • Perform a range of tasks, including fencing, brickwork repairs, and laying paving slabs
  • Work to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements
  • Full driving license
  • Own tools
  • Time served or qualified in a relevant trade
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)
  • CSCS card

Working Hours

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in four required. We operate an Emergency Out of Hours service.
