The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of support staff, providing daily support, and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and technology to deliver exceptional service to high-profile fee earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead monthly 1-2-1 meetings to discuss action plans and progress.
  • Manage the recruitment process for the team and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters.
  • Work closely with the wider firm to ensure the support team is up-to-date with the latest technology and soft skills.
