Job Summary:

This is a fixed-term post for 12 months. As an Apprentice Broker, you will deliver a high-quality, tailored service with employers, prioritizing customers' needs while focusing on contractual requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities with employers to secure employment, work experience, and apprenticeship placements for customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with employers and develop a comprehensive offer to meet their short and long-term requirements.
