We are seeking a qualified mental health practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Team in Bury. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health assessments and placement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mental health assessments and develop care plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and carers
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team
Requirements:
- Qualified mental health professional (Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker)
- Experience of working in a community mental health setting
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
