Position Summary
We are in search of a committed and knowledgeable professional to enhance our team and contribute to the growth and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a diverse and engaging enrichment program that caters to the interests and needs of all students.
- Facilitate dynamic activities that promote well-being, positive behavior, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with the Welfare Team to support student-led initiatives and ensure that student feedback is valued and acted upon.
Main Duties
- Create and maintain a calendar of enriching activities that foster a supportive and inclusive college environment.
- Engage with students to identify their challenges and aspirations, gathering insights to enhance the quality of our enrichment offerings.
- Monitor participation in enrichment activities and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement.
- Work alongside the Student Council to amplify student voices through facilitated groups and campaigns.
