About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team at SMS Environmental. As a Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality delivery of pre-planned water hygiene maintenance to a wide variety of client sites.

Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and flushing of water outlets, checking and cleaning water tanks and systems, carrying out TMV checks and maintenance, and completing all work on in-house software using an iPad. You will also be responsible for delivering quality customer service to a variety of clients.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a trade and customer-focused role
  • Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with ability to build customer relationships
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own
  • Experience using Apps & IT software/equipment such as an iPad and Mobile Phone
  • Excellent time-keeping
  • Full UK, manual, driving licence
