Telecoms Installation Specialist

Mitie Telecoms is a leading provider of acquisition, design, and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for the telecoms industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Technician to join our team. This is a site-based role, covering the UK, with a requirement to attend our Stafford office on Mondays and Fridays each week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and decommissioning of telecom sites, performing a wide range of associated tasks, including tower and ground-based activities, including regular climbing.
  • Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction at all times, implement and follow company standards relating to Health & Safety, the Environment, and Quality, while maintaining clear and concise records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to industry and technical standards as directed, and work closely with colleagues, positively contributing within the various teams.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing personality who enjoys the outdoors.
  • Manual work background or trade experience is advantageous but not a requirement.
  • A head for heights, as the job involves a lot of working at height.
