Job Description

STR Group is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze data to identify patterns of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and dimensional reports, to meet customer contract requirements.
  • Engage in the resolution of internal and external quality issues, including customer complaints, warranty claims, and internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
  • Support investigations into quality-related issues and implement improvements to our processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to local statutory and regulatory Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related role, in a Mechanical orientated field.
  • Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and process improvement expertise.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
