Architectural Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team at Penguin Recruitment. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architectural, design, and building services across commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings in collaboration with the architectural team
  • Work closely with the team to ensure client briefs are met to the highest standards
  • Manage project workloads and meet strict deadlines
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

Requirements:
  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Extensive UK-based post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial
