Job Title: Vice President of Brand and Communications

Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Vice President of Brand and Communications to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing our communications strategy, growing and developing our brand, and supporting our portfolio companies with strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Communications Strategy: Drive all aspects of our communications strategy, both internally and externally, to align with business objectives.
  • Brand Development: Continue to develop and execute our comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the firm's mission, vision, and values while ensuring impact.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that showcases the firm's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Media Relations and Digital Marketing: Oversee the execution of all communications-related activities, including content strategy, media relations, digital marketing, and public relations, ensuring they align with our firm's objectives and brand positioning.
  • Events Strategy: Oversee Cherry's events strategy, ensuring alignment with Cherry's brand guidelines and vision.
  • Portfolio Company Support: Lead strategic communication planning and execution with our portfolio companies to effectively articulate their vision and achievements, with a founders-first mindset.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies with measurable results.
  • Outgoing Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders and drive the communications agenda.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Happy to work out of our lovely central Berlin office on a hybrid-basis (3 days minimum).
