Part Time Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, liaising with the warehouse and suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders using SAP and related purchase orders within company SLAs
  • Liaise with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Send samples overseas
  • Run management reports
  • Process sales invoicing and investigate customer queries
  • Perform other administrative duties as directed by the Commercial Services Manager

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to retain information and manage a busy workload
  • Previous order processing experience and SAP knowledge

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time role, working 20 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career development.
