We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Blackheath. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify service users' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Provide education and training to service users, families, and carers to promote independence and well-being.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
