We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Lead Officer to join our team at Remedy Social Care. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for leading a range of professional staff to deliver excellent services to residents, including commissioning and monitoring service contracts and service agreements relating to Council housing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience and QSW status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE. You will be responsible for developing policy and practice, reporting regularly to Housing Board on a range of services and key performance measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professional staff to deliver housing management services to residents
  • Commission and monitor service contracts and service agreements relating to Council housing
  • Develop policy and practice in housing management, combatting ASB, and promoting resident engagement
  • Report regularly to Housing Board on a range of services and key performance measures
