About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Aberdeen Altens Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste

Requirements
