About the Role

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Solutions Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
