Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Primark. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a well-organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Receive and process new shipments, restocking shelves and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
