About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Norwich. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Process eviction requests and ensure properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles
  • Outstanding customer service and good telephone manner
  • IT skills and ability to work with property management software

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £18,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £26,125+ per year
  • Company car and full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day-in-lieu)
