Key Responsibilities- Customer Care and Relationship Management
Develop and maintain a customer care plan to ensure regular and effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
Business Development and GrowthIdentify and pursue commercial opportunities with existing clients, promoting our services and building strong relationships.
Regulatory Compliance and AuditsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, attending audits as necessary to maintain our high standards.
Training and DevelopmentParticipate in initial training and ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements- Proven experience in sustainability consulting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
