We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a casual night cleaner. As a casual worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your availability, allowing us to schedule work around your needs and circumstances.

You will work a varied shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, ensuring our venues are clean and presentable for our visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff and visitors.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our venues, adhering to OCS Cleaning Standards and policies.
  • Respond to cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and visitors.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • A motivated and friendly individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
