Senior Sustainability Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consultancy in the built environment sector, providing a comprehensive range of services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for planning submissions, utilizing expertise in building regulations and energy efficiency.
  • Utilize IES-VE software to perform TM59 overheating assessments and optimize building performance, driving energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Develop specifications for project design and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
Requirements
  • Degree in a sustainability, architectural, or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role within the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, including Part L and Part O.
  • Experience with IES-VE software for energy modeling and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
