Customer Due Diligence Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our innovative Customer Due Diligence team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of quality in our CDD processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct retrospective quality reviews to ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with regulatory requirements and AML and Sanctions policies.
  • Provide feedback to CDD Analysts and liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to identify gaps in processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Managers and the wider team to explore opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to Customer Due Diligence, specifically customer onboarding, account reviews, and transaction monitoring.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive individual who stays informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure ongoing alignment of quality assurance processes.
  • A self-motivated and action-oriented individual with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to work under minimal supervision independently and collaboratively within a team as required.
