We are seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to support our goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe in our stores. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors, focused on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
