Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of meals according to established recipes
- Travel to various locations to assist with catering operations
- Support management with inventory assessments and procurement
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and tools
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations for proper food storage
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor with guests and colleagues
- Assist in completing all opening and closing checklists for shifts.
Qualifications
- DBS checks are mandatory
- A valid UK driving license is essential
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous
- Online training is available to achieve Food Safety Level 2/3 certification.
