Coach Builder

WH Bence is a specialist manufacturer of transportable solutions for the Medical, Emergency Services and Hospitality sectors. We are seeking a skilled Coach Builder to join our Production Team in Yate, Bristol. The successful candidate will work on various medical and emergency services vehicles, both new and old, installing materials such as GRP, wood, aluminium, and steel sections. The production workshop operates Monday to Friday, from 08:00am to 16:30pm. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in a similar role or trade, good general wood/metal and fabrication skills, and the ability to work to a high standard independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. The role offers a competitive salary, daily and weekend overtime available paid at an enhanced rate, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension contributions, and annual Occupation Health.
