Beavertown Brewery is seeking a skilled Production Line Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art brewery in Ponders End. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production lines, which run at 30,000 cans per hour and 240 kegs per hour. Your duties will include setting up, operating, and closing production lines, troubleshooting production and quality issues, moving pallets, packaging, and product, and carrying out maintenance, hygiene, and cleanliness duties. You will also have the opportunity to work with other departments within the business, including Brewing, Quality, and Warehouse/Logistics. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you progress within the department and the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating production lines to meet production targets
• Troubleshooting production and quality issues to minimize downtime
• Moving pallets, packaging, and product to meet production demands
• Carrying out maintenance, hygiene, and cleanliness duties to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

• Competent in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be constantly mobile
• Passion for the brewing industry and our brand
