Job Description

Copello is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Weapons Systems to join its Future Portfolio Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Weapons or Missile Systems and a strong understanding of Complex Weapons technologies and sub-systems.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a breadth of perspective across multiple programmes, potential successor programmes, and the decision-making required to select concept options that respond to customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing key aspects of capability need based on customer input, collating material from multiple partners, and assessing opportunities against military and portfolio benefit scoring.

They will also contribute to the development of the process and infrastructure to manage information banks and interface between the portfolio and delegated partners.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to work in an ambiguous space, and a passion for innovation and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
