Position Overview

In this role, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and sustaining a Documented Integrated Management System along with a comprehensive audit program to uphold current certifications for ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing other documented management system standards, such as HACCP, 360 Quality Code, Organic Food Federation Certificate of Conformity, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), and BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution, as identified by the port's needs. Furthermore, you will report on any non-conformities discovered through audits across the port, investigate issues, and disseminate insights to foster continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining documented management systems to comply with ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.
  • Familiarity with other ISO standards such as ISO50001, ISO55001, and ISO27001 is advantageous.
  • Lead auditor certification for at least one of the following: ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO55001, or ISO27001.
  • Experience in auditing diverse industry sectors.
  • Prior experience in delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of systems implementation for compliance with HACCP, 360 Quality Code, Organic Food Federation Certificate of Conformity, AEO (HMRC), and BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution.
  • Exceptional report writing capabilities.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle is desirable.
