**Job Summary**

Connect Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mechanical products, including motors and generators.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections at various stages of manufacturing to identify and address potential issues.
  • Prepare and update relevant documentation, including quality reports and inspection records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including fault-finding and repair.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards, including IEEE, NEMA, and ISO 9001.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience in a QC/QA position, preferably in the mechanical or electrical engineering field.
  • HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
