Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent for our pubs, bars, and late-night venues across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Attract and Assess Top Talent: Utilize internal and external methods to attract self-employed operators and develop your own networks for sourcing and employer branding.
- Develop a Creative Approach: Offer a creative approach to sourcing great talent for the Recruitment team, focusing on attracting passive candidates to opportunities, talent pooling, and building communities.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective and consistent social media recruiting for their vacancies.
- Forecast and Plan: Ensure you always have a forward-looking recruitment plan and forecast future recruitment needs.
- Build Relationships: Partner and build effective relationships with specific Business Units to fully understand their recruitment requirements and ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay aware of best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing.
- Organize Selection Processes: Organize and administer selection processes, including online testing, telephone, and video interviews.
- Deliver a Positive Candidate Experience: Assist with the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for potential partners.
- Provide Insights and Updates: Conduct divisional calls and attend monthly meetings with Regional Managers and Business directors, providing recruitment updates and insights through engaging presentations.
- Advising and Coaching: Advise, coach, and influence regional managers on best practice for attraction, interviews, and assessment.
- Deliver Key Projects: Deliver key projects with the recruitment department or wider business.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure GDPR and Pubs Code compliance.
- Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a recruitment professional.
- Numerical and Analytical Skills: Numerical and analytical skills.
- Verbal and Written Skills: Verbal and written skills to a high standard.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to senior/advanced level.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Influencing Skills: Influencing skills.
